Disputes regarding land held upon trust can take many and varied forms. Those resulting from the breakdown of domestic relationships may more often be based upon informal and factually sensitive creation of rights by way of implied trusts, while those arising from commercial transactions can involve the interpretation of complex formal documentation. They may also be coupled with ancillary issues such as the payment of occupation rent or financial provision for children.
