John specialises in private rights of way, adverse possession and freehold restrictive covenants.
He appears in the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber – Land Registration), the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber), and in the Applications Court.
Before coming to the Bar he was a computer consultant.

In the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) for applications under s.84(1) of the Law of Property Act 1925 to modify or discharge restrictive covenants
And in the Applications Court (Rolls Building) where an urgent interim injunction is required.
