Hollie Gilbery secures an acquittal

The not guilty verdicts were a huge relief to the client after all this time.

Hollie successfully represented a man accused of 8 counts of voyeurism and exposure involving his step-daughter. The trial involved the cross examination of multiple family members, including an adult with neuro-divergencies. The allegations were old and the investigation dated back to 2021. The not guilty verdicts were a huge relief to the client after all this time.

Hollie recently defended a man charged with multiple and historic sexual offences. He was convicted of all but one but the trial Judge commended Ms Gilbery at the conclusion of the trial and again during the sentencing exercise for her "professional manner in gently cross examining the vulnerable complainants whilst properly putting her client's case to them".
