Charlotte Davies settles £1million PI claim. Charlotte Davies (2007) has successfully settled a claim for personal injuries and associated losses which was pleaded at approximately £1million. Charlotte acted for the Claimant who was injured in a road traffic accident when the brakes on her car failed in the fast lane on the motorway a few days after work to the vehicle had been carried out by the Defendant. The claim necessitated expert evidence from five different fields of expertise, resulting in eleven expert reports and four joint statements.
