Claire Appleby has spent time during lockdown becoming a certified Mental Health First Aider with MHFA England which means she is trained in mental health skills and awareness. The course teaches in depth skills for providing first aid to people who may be experiencing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and psychosis.
