Charlotte Pickering represents Cornwall Council at sex shop Licensing Appeal

Charlotte appeared on behalf of the Council at a one day appeal hearing in Truro Magistrates Court. One of Cornwall's two sex shops sought to appeal the decision of the Council not to vary the CCTV condition in its licence. The Council argued that its decision was justified. Judgment has been reserved and will be handed down on 28th October.
