Marginal Gains Cover Feature

7th September 2016

In the wake of Chris Froome's third victory in the Tour de France and the haul of cycling medals at the Rio Olympics, 'Fixing the Vicious Cycle', an article in which Rawdon Crozier considers what legislators and policy makers could learn from British cycling's marginal gains and CORE value approach, appears in the September issue of Counsel and features on the front cover. With contributions from David Ormerod QC of the Law Commission and Professor Gloria Laycock of UCL (a former senior civil servant in the Home Office) the article argues that seeking marginal gains should not be ignored in favour of flashier more far-reaching legislation.
