Andrew Willetts' recent article titled 'Red Lines'

10th July 2017

Andrew Willetts writes for the June edition of the STEP Trust Quarterly Review on the subject of trust disclosure. In an article entitled ‘Red Lines’ Andrew examines the recent Court of Appeal decision in Dawson-Damer v Taylor Wessing LLP [2017] EWCA Civ 74. Dawson-Damer concerns the conflicting approaches to disclosure under general trust law, which preserves the trustees right of non-disclosure, and beneficiaries rights to access personal data under the Data Protection Act 1998.
